"Onboarding was okay, but the canned apologies got old"
The onboarding was fine overall, just nothing special. The guides helped a bit and made it easier to figure out the basics, but I still felt like I was left guessing in a few places. What annoyed me most was the support replies sounding like canned apologies instead of someone actually addressing the issue. A simple, real answer would’ve been way more helpful

The templates are okay and some of them are useful, but I was expecting more variety in styles. A few also made me wonder about the overall quality, so I’m not sure I’d rely on them for everything...

"Super easy for quick edits"
I’m not the most patient person, so I liked that I could jump in and figure it out almost immediately. Made quick edits without having to mess around forever

"Surprisingly fast and totally worth it"
I tried SMOVE for a quick edit, the render finished way faster than I expected. I didn’t have to sit around waiting forever, which immediately made it feel like a good choice. For the time it saved me, I’d say it’s definitely worth using.

"Feels safe and easy to use"
I’ve had a smooth experience with SMOVE so far. It doesn’t give off that sketchy feeling when uploading files, which I really appreciate. Uploading is simple, and I like that I can remove my stuff afterward if I want to. The privacy settings are easy enough to understand, and I haven’t run into any weird surprises

"Pretty reliable for my day-to-day"
It’s been working fine for me most days. I did run into one hiccup, but I’m putting some of that on my own setup because I probably didn’t handle it the best at first. Since then, it’s been dependable overall.

The billing itself was straightforward. The charge matched what I saw when I signed up, and I was able to find the renewal date without digging around too much. I also appreciated that there weren’t any random extra fees. That said, when I had a question, the response made me feel a little dismissed, like it wasn’t really worth their time. So the billing was solid, but the support side could’ve felt more considerate.

"Quick support, but the communication could’ve been clearer"
I had an issue and support did get back to me quickly, which I appreciated. They fixed it in the end, but I was a bit annoyed because some of the communication was unclear and I had to figure out what they meant along the way.

Bottom line, I got my video cleaned up way faster than I expected. The trim tool was simple to use, and adding captions just worked without me having to mess around with a bunch of settings.

I used smove.video for a short clip, and the result was better than I thought it would be. The video looked sharp, the colors stays nice, and it didn’t turn weird or blurry after I exported it. I’m happy with it so far.

"Works fine on all my devices"
I’ve used it on my phone, laptop, and tablet, i haven’t had any weird issues. I know some people might nitpick, but for me it’s been straightforward and easy to use.
